My stay at this hotel was disappointing mainly due to the lack of cleanliness and unprofessional service. The location was decent, being near the railway station, but it wasn't as close to the bus station as I expected. The amenities were so-so, and the room did have insects, which is a big no for me. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless improvements are made.
